Who we are

Aiotfy Pty Ltd is based in Adelaide, Australia. This notice explains how the AIOTFY company website handles personal information submitted through its quote request form.

What we collect

A request may include your name, email address, company, requested service, project stage, website link, message, timeline and team size. We may also record the page and campaign that led to the form, submission time, and a one-way hash derived from the connection address for abuse prevention. We do not store the address itself in the form tables.

Why we use it

We use request information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a quote, protect the form from abuse and keep a record of the resulting business communication. We do not sell form information.

Service providers and location

Cloudflare provides network delivery, security, Turnstile verification and Email Routing, and may process technical request information through its global network. Form records are stored in Supabase (Singapore region). Inbound email to our addresses is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail (Google). Product and transactional email (sign-in emails and notifications) is sent via Resend, a US-based email service; form notifications contain the details you submitted. These providers may process technical or communication data under their own service terms and locations.

Retention

Request records are retained for up to 24 months after submission or the last related contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal obligation or dispute. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed after they are no longer needed.

Security and choices

We restrict database access, use protected form verification and avoid exposing form records to browser roles. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. You may ask to access, correct or delete your form information by emailing us. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record.
